At WMSK Radio Network, we welcome creators who bring value, originality, and respect to our platform. To keep our network strong and compliant, all broadcasters and podcasters must follow these guidelines.
Content Standards
• No copyrights infringement this includes musics, clips, or third-party materials without permission.
• Content must not include hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or identity.
• No explicit threats, violence, or promotion of illegal activity.
Language & Explicit Materials.
• No obscene or harmful content that violates broadcasting standards or public decency laws.
Legal Compliance
• All creators must follow local, state, and federal laws, including FCC-related standards where applicable.
• No defamation, false claims, or misleading information presented as fact.
• Any sponsored content or advertising must be clearly disclosed.
Respect & Responsibility.
• Treat guests, listeners, and other creators with respect.
• Do not share private or sensitive information without consent.
• WMSK is a community – your content reflects the network.
Technical & Quality Expectations.
• Audio must be clear and listenable (no excessive distortion or interruptions).
• Shows should start and end on time within assigned slots.
• Pre-recorded content must be submitted on schedule.
Rights & Enforcement.
• WMSK Radio Network reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove any content that violates these policies.
• Repeated violations may result in termination from the platform.
Agreement.
• By joining WMSK Radio Network, you agree to follow these guidelines and uphold the standards of the platform.
