At WMSK Radio Network, we welcome creators who bring value, originality, and respect to our platform. To keep our network strong and compliant, all broadcasters and podcasters mustfollow these guidelines:
1. Content Standards
• All content must be original or properly licensed.
• No copyright infringement this includes music, clips, or third-party material without permission.
• Content must not include hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or identity.
• No explicit threats, violence, or promotion of illegal activity.
2. Language & Explicit Materials.
• Moderate use of explicit language is allowed depending on the time slot, but must be clearly labeled if applicable.
• No obscene or harmful content that violates broadcasting standards or public decency laws.
3. Legal Compliance
• All creators must follow local, state, and federal laws, including FCC-relatedstandards where applicable.
• No defamation, false claims, or misleading information presented as fact.
• Any sponsored content or advertising must be clearly disclosed.
4. Respect & Responsibility.
• Treat guests, listeners, and other creators with respect.
• Do not share private or sensitive information without consent.
WMSK is a community – your content reflects the network.
5. Technical & Quality Expectations.
• Audio must be clear and listenable (no excessive distortion or interruptions).
• Shows should start and end on time within assigned slots.
• Pre-recorded content must be submitted on schedule.
6. Rights & Enforcement.
• WMSK Radio Network reserves the right to review, approve, suspend, or remove any content that violates these policies.
• Repeated violations may result in termination from the platform.
7. Agreement.
• By joining WMSK Radio Network, you agree to follow these guidelines and uphold the standards of the platform.
